Cancellation Policy

Policy We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask that all appointments be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Please note that Brow Temptation Co has a 70% rescheduling/cancellation fee for any appointments that are rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of the appointment. A 10 minute grace period is provided • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation to stay on schedule for other guests. -communication is key and we are very understanding as long as you kindly communicate with us. • If an appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival the deposit will be forfeited. It will also be considered a same day cancellation and the cancellation policy will go into effect. If you are unable to attend or running late, please reach out as soon as possible to avoid the late cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and support. All deposits are non refundable. All services, products, and trainings are non refundable. If you are not happy with your service please let us know before you leave the salon so we can make appropriate adjustments to ensure you leave happy.
